E2Save £200 auto cashback deal

In the past I have gone for 12 month free deals - my last one being with OSPS. However, it has been quite a pain dealing with OSPS/E2Save. So this time I am thinking of the following deal:

http://www.e2save.com/o2-mobile-phone/K810i-Ivory-Clearance/SEK810ICLE&sg=%24

So with this you get:
A phone K810i (clearence)
200 mins/ 200 txt @ £30/month
£200 cashback

So the total cost is £360
take away £200 from auto cashback, £50 quidco, sale of phone ~£50
= £60 (or £5/month)

However questions are:
i) Has anyone had experience with E2Save auto cashback - would I have to chase them up?
ii) What are the chances I would lose the quidco - what kind of factors would lead it to be declined?
iii) If i order more than one of this deal in my name, is it likely to be rejected (I need to order 3 in total for my family)
iv) is it possible I could switch to a lower tariff with o2 after 6 months???

thanks in advance

Will you get £50 for the phone?? It's a clearance phone, though the last one I got was brand new (it required a software update).
I undrestand your reason for not wanting 12 months free deal!!!!!!
In theory it looks ok, and you should have the £200 back after 3 months.
I've only had one auto cashback deal with e2save ( part of a 11 months free contract) which is now due. I'm waiting until Saturday and will start chasing this up.

    Best of luck,

I had a 12 month free deal with OSPS which inc an automatic cashback after 90 days, which I received on time and have successfully claimed the other cashbacks so far, only one left to claim in April. Therefore if you don't mind claiming the cashback, you will be better off than just taking the 200 cashback.

Quidco for e2save contract is £36.50 not £50.

I am actually on the OSPS 11 month free contract you mentioned. Although it had an automatic cashback component, this time I'm dealing with E2Save - and judging by the hassle I have had with them and the manual cashback component, I am a bit wary.

Managed to find the terms and conditions for the o2 contract - apparently can downgrade after 9 months...

"Apparently" is a very dangerous ploy with this lot now. Search more thoroughly and you'll find the opposite. Furthermore,. OSPS IS E2Save now.

Did you get your money within 2 months ,or how long did you have to wait??
    The T&C's state;
"A credit of £136.00 will be raised automatically by cheque within 2
months if you do not cancel your contract."

I'm thinking it may take 28 days to actually receive the cheque???
How have others experiences gone with this type of contract??? Any feedback will/should no doubt be of benefit to others.

The autocash bac last year (when it was still handled by OSPS) was paid on time without any trouble.

When you say "paid on time", do you mean cheque received within 2 months, or after 2 months including processing time??
