Just to update, DD's phone arrive this am (Tuesday) looks brand new to me, not a mark on it. She's at my brothers for a couple of days, so I've just lost an hour and a half playing with the thing and taking pictures of the kittens. Still its all set up now and ready to go.

    Thanks for all the help

don't get this phone for a teenager! it's too huge and will not be fashionable at all! there are so many better phones out there. also payg is so much better there are some great deals out there for them...as low as £9.99 or for a camera phone try about £40 check out the o2 shop online for a great payg sale

My 15yo son has £20 per month put on his O2 PAYG this includes £11.99 for 400 txts bolt-on,

just started last month, 400 txts lasted 26 days! so 2 days without texts....nightmare!
