You do not get the points automatically unless you have the voucher from the machine. Probably best to wait for the card to come as the offers stay around for a while.
The shower gel wont get you the extra points unless you have printed from the advantage machine.
If you got a staff member to validate the points you should get them added on when you have your card.

I had a goof trip to Boots today so thanks for the tips about the new offers!

I got an Evening Primrose Talc paid £1.29 and got 105 points

A cuticura hand wash paid £1.29 and got 205 points

A Days out first aid kit paid £3.89 and got 515 points

Spent £6.47 and got 825 points thats another £8.25 toewards the OH's big pressie, thanks guys!!

Anyone know how long it takes for the card to arrive?
I want to use the advantage machine like normal people! :drool:

Did you put each transaction thru separately? My receipt only ever gives a total of points gained.

I applied online for a new card and it arrived within a week. No extra points vouchers tho!

Thanks, The Bargain Hunters, I called in yesterday, but didn't get triple points on my purchase, so I guess it's a call to CS then!

Those are correct points values for the bonus and spend points, so Purplegirluk1 is just good at maths :xmassmile

Just one more thought for Boots101 - the advantage card machine gives different people different offers so while posts here give you an idea of what is out there, don't bank on getting a specific deal. I've not been offered the free shampoo deal for example, and there have been discussions about points offered for meal deals - some people are given 100 points, others 25.

soba - did you spend over £15? The triple points only starts from there unfortunately.
