You would be surprised by what passes as a signature these days! My personal signature and the quick one I use for signing off letters at work for example are totally different. Some people's signatures are totally illegible - and of course with online orders the delivery man has nothing to compare it with!

Thanks for that. Fiddled around for ages until I got what I thought was the perfect order. Placed the order, than I HAD to fiddle some more, didn't I? And I found a better combination. So I placed a second order - £130-odd of points due on my card.

OT - does anyone know if they definitely remove the points from your card if you return your order? They do say that they "may".

Not better than that suggested by Ben, I don't think, but I ordered:

8 each of the R&M brushes and puffs - total £56.00

And received:

4000 points added for R&M promotion

500 points added using promotional code
triple points on spend
free p&p

Total spend - £56
Points collected - £61.72

Tried to use the skincare voucher code too, but it wouldn't accept on the second order.

Does anyone know how long the advantage cards take to come through?? I never used to shop in boots much so I have alyays given my sister any points,, but strangely, just lately i even have the staff say hello inmy local store But ( i know you shouldnt start with a but,, but its early ) I applied for my own card a good few weeks ago and not received one yet

Took a good 4-5 weeks for my replacement card to arrive after I'd ordered it. Boots aren't the quickest :rolleyes:
