Anycase, I've got to send them 2 proofs of id to get my money back.

Boots - Sack Your Couriers!
They are either delivering to the wrong houses (kind option!) or more likely stealing the stuff for themselves - either way is UNACCEPTABLE!
I still have not heard from them about my tampered-with box, but it is obvious I think from looking at the box that it has not simply caught and torn in the warehouse, and another MSEr says that I should have received a £10 Electical Voucher inside. The box flap underneath was pretty comprehensively glued, but the glue just has a very thin brown paper layer where the flap was now - but the other side is very hard to pull away from the glue there!
Strange request from Boots though, because even if you do provide the 2 proofs of ID/signature, it does not prove that you didn't receive the parcel and just squiggle instead of signing your usual signature! I am not saying that this is what you did - just that that's what dishonest customers could have done.:EasterBun

question..
£3 coupon says "£3 off your next Intuition blade pack purchase"
so, the coupon only valid on "blade pack" or can we use the coupon to buy the "razors with £3 off coupon"??
thanks in advance..0 -

Back from the Boots in Salford and used 4 of the £3 coupons to get 4 more Intuiition packs.
I had'nt read the coupon just handed it to him, initially I was told it was only of the blades he said he'd just try and see if they scan which they did!!!
Paid about 48p for four packs :-)0 -

However,I did the same in another boots, the lady said I can only buy the blade pack with it.Really depend on your luck0 -
I got two packs of the sensitive razors today BOGOF, two for £3.14 with a voucher on each!! I did have to explain that I thought I was going to get both offers and the lady did explain that she thought they were kind of BOGOF because they were half price. I asked her if there was any way of finding out of I could get one free, she went off and then came back saying she had been told to put one through at £0.00. It took a bit of time but I eventually paid £3.14 for two razors with £6.00 worth of vouchers, brilliant!!0

Weird isn't it, that different Boots have different offers? There's a Boots near where I work in London that has these razors for 1/3 off, there's another 200 metres away that has them for buy one get one free.
What's more annoying is that all of the Boots in central London that I have visited charge more for some items, such the No7 range, than normal Boots elsewhere!
Madness!!!0 -
Forgot to post a great bargain I found at the weekend (not in a central London store!) - some of the Botanics stuff is half price when it goes through the till. CS couldn't explain why, but I was using the £5 skincare voucher for the Bright Skin Body Polish at £4.99, went through at £2.49 so CS told me to grab another one and get them both free
)
Oddly, it's now appearing on the Boots website as only £2.99...
Also, Purifying Body Clay was £3.99 instore down to £1.99, but you can't use your £5 skincare voucher on it. Now on the Boots website at same price.
Hope that helps someone!0 -

But surely if someone put a squiggle rather than a signature the delivery man would query it & ask for a new one
