Or underneath / beside the bar at closing time. People get so drunk that they don't realise it's fallen out when they are paying for drinks....Undefeated Wii Fit ski jump champion!

That's very true. My mum always used to find a lot of money out by a social club round the corner to us when she walked to work in the mornings too. Sometimes notes, sometimes coins but once a mobile phone!! Amusement arcades are also great places to pick up some dropped change.

Hi Emily!! I think I will join you!! Need a push to get some extra cash to help me with my MFiT as I don't have any money in order to make any ovepayments at the moment!!
I won't be including anything that I already have on Ebay though as that is to make me money to pay my credit card!!
Another challenger - welcome. Remember, only stuff that didn't cost you anything in the first place counts
.

Good luck with the challenge everyone, I'll be following your progress
Another good place to pick up change is the route high school kids take to get to school. They often drop bits of dinner money, but 'cant be bovvered' to pick it up :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

What about ..... writing in to one of those magazines with some handy tips, you can get £10 - £15 if they get published??? Never done it myself, but I bet your granny or mum has some thrifty tips, like using an disposable shower cap to put over your fruit bowl type thing LOL!!!0

Didn't find anything in the pub, I'm going out with my other half later so will look around that pub too
.
Just filled in a post-it note survey for £10 worth of goodies so will wait and see what comes through.
Also sent off for a few free shopping bags, dog flea treatment, Ariel shower timer, some Avon samples, free perfume samples and some other stuff.
Going to get together any free samples/free stuff that I've already got and see what I can flog to get my first pound.
Anyone been successful with the pound yet?
