Moving From KRBS To LLoyds

Hi All,
I ve got a bit of cash that I have in KRBS (Kent Reliance) and I ve just found out that they have reduced their interest from 6.05 to 5.76.
I m really disappointed because when I was with them it started at 6.21....
Has anyone moved away from KRBS recently please?
How long did it take?
What happened with interest during that period?
Some peole have posted that Lloyds TSB have been really good and backdate interest and have online access -
Has anyone had horror stories with them
Any ideas?
