Sunny and bright here, if rather windy (again!!!)

I've just had some yellow stickered melon but it wasn't very tasty..........might have to wash it down with a hot cross bun :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well, after !!!!!!-gate with Joe yesterday, Puke-fest started last night with Freya late last night...so yet another sleepless night for me...I'm looking GOOD! Not.

And I've just had a lightbulb moment regarding my eating habits lately-the Dr has put me back on the pill because of major problems with Aunt Flo and I couldn't figure out WHY I can't stop eating...then it just dawned on me that this is a side effect. Brilliant.

It's wild and windy here and cold *brrrrrr*

But I can see blue sky!

Not only am I online early enough to get to post on the first page of the daily thread (go me) but I just looked out the window and...we have some flakes of snow coming down!!!

Shame about the melon Keren I don't like hot cross buns either so I think I'll eat lots of choccy eggs instead.

I know.........I love honeydew melon and was feeling very self-righteous having a load for breakfast! It tastes a bit 'musty' , it is lovely and ripe but doesn't taste right. Might as well throw the rest away.

IA it's a shame we are too skint to come down for the party as I think we've got the 80s one. I want the R&B one, but I think our neighbours already hate us enough.

I had a similar experience with some melon from Morrisons. They had hundreds on a special price offer so I filled my boots, they tasted awful.

Methinks the lesson to be learned here is only to have a full English breakfast every day
