just use firefox as another broswer. if later you want to use it as default change it in options.
i now just use ie for hotmail via msn link. i cant find how to change that so that it opens in firefox.

Which version of IE do you have? I use IE7 and never had any problems with flash player using it. When I have had one or two corruption problems with flash it affected all my browsers equally (i.e. firefox, opera)."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

I've tried unistalling it again through adobe software and reinstalling it, still same problem?when u go into add/remove is it listed as a program?

That's strange. When I installed Flash (9.0.115.0) using the link I gave earlier, in Add/Remove Programs I see
Adobe Flash Player 9 ActiveX, Size 3.04MB
