    The cook-off is tuesday or wednesday next week, I've got to do a 3-course meal, I'm going to do a latin american themed meal. Been practising my starter and dessert tonight, and I think I can do it! But it's still so nerve-wracking, I've never cooked professionally before! Waiting for them to email me full details of what I have to do, checking my emails obsessively! Thanks everyone for the congratulations - I really need all the luck I can get!
