Well, I did my menu today, and I think it went well! I did a Mexican inspired menu, to tie in with the icecream and the fact that Eva Longoria's Mexican-American; tiger prawns marinated in gold tequila and lime, with salad to start, followed by pork tacos, with salsa as the main (similar kind of recipe here: http://www.consumingambitions.com/consuming_ambitions/2006/08/reader_recipe_c.html but I changed a few things around) I think they liked the food, and they should let me know by the end of the week. Even if I don't win, the year's supply of magnums will be a treat, and I'll try using them as standard MOC's in Asda ;-) The prize sounds amazing - business class flights, a 5-star resort, and spending money; after the rubbish weather we've had this easter I could really use a bit of sun! Money Off Coupon - the year's supply of icecream is £150 of vouchers, and Tesco/Asda often take them off your shopping even if you haven't bought the product, as long as they stock it - I don't think I could eat that much icecream! (well, not in one go
