OMG! Trip to Cannes, maybe?

Thanks to RrickyUK for this post - I had a call today to tell me that I'm one of 3 finallists, and they want me to come in next week to cook my menu for the judges! I'm stunned, and more than a little scared! I can't believe that I could be this close to winning a trip to Cannes! :eek: :j And I really hope my dishes are good enough - going to have to do a trial run just to iron out the kinks! Looking at the comp details, I think I've got a year's supply of Magnums for getting this far, and if I don't get any further that's pretty darn brilliant! I can't find the specific T&C's for the comp, but the date the woman who phoned me mentioned is my BF's birthday - I really hope the prize is for 2!
