Well, I've given it a go - but the rewards aren't as great as you might think! It took me an hour to write a 350 'comment'. It's more of an article than a comment! I shall have to hone the skill of keeping it short and sweet. Trouble is, if you are writing about something you need to research, then obviously you have to factor in the research time as well.

    Hmm.

well i have had the email i was waiting for and both of my comments have been approved so i will be paid this friday! :jGoing to see what other topics there are and write more! With regards to researching the topic i wrote about 2 topics i know a bit about so it didnt take me too long to do it but yes i agree that it can take a while if you need to research the topic.

I did one comment on Thursday night and got an email today saying it had been accepted. So I did another 6 !!

Just got an email saying two of the comments I posted yesterday have been approved. No emails rejecting the other 4 yet.

The only problem now the competition is greater. When I was looking round the site yesterday I notice a couple that said they had reached the maximum of 4 comments so I could write another one. If they have a limit of 4 comments then we could write good comments but have them rejected because they've reached their limit.

And the more people posting, the more chance there will be of this happening.

Got one comment accepted - will wait for Friday to see if I get paid!
  • Hey all,

Im glad some people are getting some use out of this tip!

I've written a few more comments now, and hopefully will be paid again on friday!

With regards to researching for the articles, I really don't think it is worth it. I spend a couple of minutes looking through the topics and then a few minutes writinga few comments. I have had quite a few accepted so far but I won't research as I don't think you get paid enough to do so.

Hope everyone gets paid okay on Friday :T

OP means Original Poster of the topic, so in this case it has to be you! ;)

Does this mean I can now tell my friends I am a Freelance Writer :rotfl:

You can, but as I have had 3 comments accepted you will have to be fair and also tell them you are not as successful as me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I agree with you. Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way! I've written two so far but they've both been fairly long, more of a mini article than a comment! I looked at their suggested way of doing a comment and their examples have been like mini-articles. It says in the instructions to write "at least 135 words" (I think it was). I haven't heard anything so far but I only submitted yesterday. :o

I have had one email so far, accepting 2 comments I wrote at the weekend. In the email there was a request for people with a website or blog to contact them. I did so but have not yet had a reply.

I think this is a new enterprise and they seem to want to more writers, so I'm not sure how it works if there is a limit to the number of comments on each topic.

I am hoping this will prove to be a reliable paying site but I think it is too early to be sure about it.
I love finding more ways of making money that cost me little or nothing
