Likewise, just this minute got confirmation that the one I did on Wednesday was accepted! Always handy to have a few £ in the Paypal account :)

on their website it says that the next payday is 28th march which is today and on the emails i have had which have accepted the comments i wrote (still waiting to hear about 1 though) it states i will be paid on friday, which considering they were accepted yesterday and (i think) wednesday, should be today. Thats the only reason i asked if anyone had been paid. If we are supposed to be paid next week that should be stated on the website and on the emails accepting our comments. Its a bit ambiguous (sp?).

I assumed it was a British site because it pays in pounds. I have been writing as if for the British market.

Anyway I keep getting acceptance emails. Some of them include my comments others just state that my comment has been accepted but does not tell me which one!

Yes, I wrote for the British market as well, but judging from the time they send the acceptance letters - in the evening - I think Head Office is in America. On the email they send, they give this address.

"If you prefer to unsubscribe via postal mail, write to: Writers:Share, c/o FeedBurner, 20 W Kinzie, 9th Floor, Chicago IL USA 60610"

I talked about ISA accounts and got accepted, so I think they want British content. I reckon Paypal will be credited later on today. Here's hoping! Good luck to everyone with their comments.

I've had two more approved today (four so far!), and the email says paid on Friday, today or next week I don't know ... still, if this pans out, it's a nice little extra for a few minutes work, considering we're all happy to comment elsewhere for free ...

Does anyone know an easy way to count the words rather than having to try and re read it all!

If you type it out in Word first you can use the 'Word Count' option under 'Tools' to automatically count them.
