I knew about that, but I was just wondering if there was any other way?
If you click on your name at the side, there is an option to list all the posts you have been thanked in. But from there its still a case of viewing each posts and clicking the Show Me link.0 -
Well, that's it. I've run out of patience. If WS do not have their website fully operational by the end of this week, and if I do not receive payment for accepted comments on Friday, I won't bother with the site any more.
There is no reason why WS cannot keep us informed of the situation, even if they cannot post here they can still read our posts, email us, or post updates on their Facebook page or website. I cannot believe that they have still not solved the technical issues after all this time. It is a very poor way to run a business.
Shame, as I really enjoyed writing comments, but this is an utter shambles.0 -
I agree. If they are not capable of providing a simple update to a website they are not capable of running a business.0

Well on the off chance they have been doing something ... I checked my stats just and they now say;
Amount due £0.00 (was £7)
hmm so I figure I will go check paypal on the off chance, but alas no money has been put in there *sigh*
I can only assume by the change in stats they are doing something positive; then again maybe not.0 -
polite little cough....
anyone around here heard of/from writers:share recently? If anything I say starts to make sense, PANIC!0 -
LOL ... I too have just checked my stats at writers share and it has change from being owed £13.00 to now being owed £.0.00. I find this quite farsical really.
I really hope that it means that they are doing some work on this area of the system or pehaps even starting the process of payments but I doubt it, i would perhaps tend to think more that it is another technical glitch within the system or the dreaded ... doing a runner =]
However, I am still dissapointed with the amount of contact between us and Writers:Share. I can understand that they are banned from MSE but there are other means of doing it. Are they even aware that they have a Facebook community? With many people like us posting about the same thing.
Like other members have mentioned before, if they are unable of posting a short update on their site,Facebook, or to one of our e-mails then can they be capable of running a website and a business whilst at the same time handling our payments correctly...0 -
Perhaps this is just another conspiracy theory =} but does anybody else thing it is strange the way they went down a few weeks back. Everything is running fine from the Friday to the Thursday then as soon as 'pay day' comes there site goes down again even though they were saying they were paying us on that day on their update.
I think one bit of comfort we can all have is that even since the start of Writers:Share small lifespan, they have always been slow at providing updates and getting things sorted. Maybe it's just the way they are there ...0 -

Yes, Like I said before they seem to be open for 7 days and closed for 28 hehe, although this time does seem longer!
The problem I have is, IF they are processing payment, then I'm still 17 in waiting approval/rejection. The whole idea behind me trying to hit over 20 comments in one week was so Paypal wouldn't take out so much money;now it may seem our 'other comments' will not be approved till next week if at all. Bleh...0 -
has anyone else noticed that our amount due has been set to 0 at the turn of the month? is this progress or not? im not quite sure... =/0
