I've just got accepted for this and it's arrived - I have a fair few LARGE lumps of money to pay coming up and I checked first to see if the card would be accepted (wedding reception...) and it is - so I applied :) I should easily be able to max the intro offer of 5% cashback for the first 3 months... then there is the honeymoon which is also going on the Amex - again I checked and they accept Amex.
I also do a lot of travel for work - I haven't yet checked if I can use the amex to pay for petrol but if I can then this will be a keeper - if not then I'll cancel it after I have maxed the initial intro offer :)

That's good to know that you accept it in your cab, but how much commission do Amex charge you compared to Visa/Mastercard?

Don't cancel it! If you cancel before a year, you lose the cashback!
