when i read this post i clicked on the link provided further down and i wrote an email complaining, thta was at about 10 last night, maybe later. no reply as of yet but ill keep you guys up to date on if they reply and what they say.
i didnt get the email personally so maybe i could still be getting the freebie. either way i wanted to tell them how disgusted i am that they took my information and my time but didnt cough up the goods lol.

I have just sent them a complaint too. I told them I was appalled that they are running away with the info they needed without giving out the incentive they offered!!!

To be fair to 3M, in the survey most of the questions were about purchasing their products so I'm assuming they were aiming for businesses to reply so I can imagine all the responses did ruin the point of their survey!

Shame the source wasn't mentioned clearly in the original post on here. Thanks for sharing the e-mail

MMMmmm - wonder if all that valuable marketing data from those who did complete the on-line-and-free-for-all-to-complete-if-found-suvey has also been invalidated or has it been securely stored for future use/sold to a more relevant company? Good ploy!! Wait and see.

I complained yesterday and they sent me a rather nice email saying that they were very sorry and that they would infact be able to send me the freebies as I had a valid complaint. Maybe what you are offered depends on who the email gets through to?
Will keep you all posted on what happens.

What you need to realise is that sometimes you win on post that are on here and sometimes you dont.
Move on and look for something else.

There is no need to be so rude Butlers1982 im guessing 1982 is the year of your birth as you are showing your immaturity. People were stating on other posts that they had not received the offer after completing the survey in good faith so I thought I would enquiry to 3m in order to find out a useful answer.

By posting their response it will let others know not to waste their precious time looking or completing the survey
