Hi folks i also got my pack today!:D What a fab freebie! I wasn't one of the original people e-mailed but i e-mailed them and expressed how annoyed and upset i was and i got a lovely e-mail back appologising for any upset caused and asking for my address to forward my reward! That was about 2-3 weeks ago and it arrived today!;) So i'm well chuffed! Cheers op!

hi, i was an original email receiver, so i complained to 3m that i would not be recieving the goodies, they said sorry and said they were going to post me some but had lost my adress, i gave it them. i got 2 more emails askin for my address off them. anyway yesterday i recieved my goodie bag and today i also recieved another one the exact same. should i contact them and offer to return one? or should i jus say nothing?freebies so far... horlicks chocolate malt, comfort samples

If you're going to use them, why tell them?
I got a few emails but only replied to one and got one freebie. I am sure 3M are going to send out the goodies to the complainers and just swallow the cost as a marketing mistake. So if you got 2 packs good on ya.0 -
i got the email with the original link as well and i emailed to complain when i got the 'we're sorry' email.i also had to send emails with my address.got a jiffy bag yesterday ( so emailed to say thank you-after all they had replied promptly ) and this morning i received another one.well chuffed0
