    what did they say?

I've tried a couple of times now and they keep saying they have no record of my account, and to contact whoever bills me (CPW).. but the only number they list for vodafone CS is a 0870 number..

Yeh they said the same thing to me, but instead of a 0870 number I got a 0845 number off them, which is 0845 6554000.

Dial this number and when you select the options they send you a text message with your remaining allowance. I can't beleive they charge you to check how many minutes you have used. :(
