I am not sure if you are PAYG or contract. But on my contract, I just dial 191, select option 2 then option 1 and within 30 seconds I get a text telling me the balance. It is not completely up to date, but within a day or so. The other thing you could do, is reset your message and call counters.0

I've tried a couple of times now and they keep saying they have no record of my account, and to contact whoever bills me (CPW).. but the only number they list for vodafone CS is a 0870 number.. :mad:0 -
Have you tried looking up the 0870 number on the saynoto0870 website?0
