Now we must all just hope she does not respond to any of the other disputes still open..then you can close them as well and give her some more strikes.

Don't worry about her threats to ebay, all your invoices sent will be showing through the ebay system so she can't claim to have received nothing.

This woman is a complete fruitloop.

I ended the dispute a couple of hours ago as soolin suggested. Was chuffed that I got in before she had responded to two of the disputes.

And then, 10 mins ago she paid me!!!

However, she seems to have amended the invoice to reflect a £2.35 discount on postage. How on earth did she manage to do this?

I have refunded and stated that she has clearly altered the invoice and that since the dispute is closed I am no longer prepared to sell the items too her and am hoping that will be enough to get the message across.

But can someone please enlighten me as to how buyers can set their own postage level and alter an invoice.

    Many thanks
