oooh, you are as sneaky as me. I like you.:T

The guilt is fading now, I do try to be nice to people but some of them don't make it very easy. She is expecting 5, admittedly lightish but not that small all together, items to be posted for £3. And every time she tells me what price she wants it reduced to, it gets lower.

As she has responded you can now close the dispute and claim your FVFs and give her a strike.

Close the dispute using the option that says somehting like 'I no longer wish to communicate with this buyer' read the bit underneath the option before you click it to ensure you choose the one that gives her a strike. Then close the dispute and in the box just say 'items no longer available to you '. She can leave you feedback whatever you do at this point, but I'd rather get a neg than deal with buyers like this. Also the strike will do her a lot more harm than a single neg will to you.

    Hi Soolin

Thanks for that, I didn't realise there were options between strikes and negs. I've taken a look and can now see the difference and will do it as soon as I am able.

Unfortunately, although there are 4 separate purchases and therefore 4 separate disputes, she has only responded to one dispute so I have been waiting the 8 days until I can close them all at the same time to ensure that she doesn't pay me for the remainder.

I figure now she is waiting for me to send her another invoice for the reduced fee she has demanded and whilst she is waiting for that she won't actually pay me. Then, as soon as ebay will allow it, I will close the disputes with your 'no longer wish to communicate' solution.

Many thanks for all your help with this :A

You don't have to wait..you are perfectly able now to refuse to sell.

As each dispute has a tick that changes colour close it, put a strike on her account and then just settle back and wait for the next one to become eligible to be closed.

If you can get them closed before she responds on the other three (and fingers crossed that she doesn't realise) then she can only leave you 1 neg on the one she has already responded to. Any disputes you can close without her responding to enable you to leave her a neg without getting one back. Make sure when you do leave negatives that you space them 1 week apart as in future feedback from the same person will count as long as there is a week between each feedback left.

Closed the ones she has responded to so just waiting for the others to go into the 8 days.

Once again, many thanks everyone, I would probably have left myself wide open to problems without your help.

Now I try to be polite to everyone I ever deal with, obviously as that is how I like others to treat me. But even I have my limits and am sorely tempted to tell her to @$*% off.

Within minutes of me closing the dispute explaining that her pushing the postage issue has forced me to refuse to deal with her she sends this:

    "hello there,
why have you given me strike , i dont understand.
as soon as my paypal issue is sorted i requested you for invoice as you promised.
I want to pay but you are the one who is not keeping her words.
Could you please remove the strike n send me a coorect invoice.Else i will have no other option to report the ebay to investigate.
    please let me know.
    thanks"

She has already had the correct invoice with the postage at my level, what she is asking for is a fresh invoice with the new postage that she has told me I should be charging, despite not knowing the weight of the items she wants me to send.

Before I completely lose my rag does anyone have any suggestions as to a response?

If Ebay have already decided in my favour are they likely to then side with her?

Thanks again, and I promise as soon as I get rid of her I will stop asking stupid questions ;)

The dispute is officially closed, isn't it? The other disputes are ongoing on the grounds that you don't wish to communicate with this barm-pot.

    So, don't communicate with him/her.

    The transaction is dead.
    Not living.
    No longer current.
    Finito.
    Finished.
If it was a parrot, it would be on the flat of its back at the bottom of its cage, with its toes curled up.
    End of story.
    No further communication required.

Close curtains and switch off lights.:D
