    Whats her feedback like?

all feedback is excellent (20 at 100%) comments like quick payment, excellent ebayer, A+++++, etc.

It could be that she is genuine but the fact that she appears to have paid someone else in the time that she is claiming that paypal won't let her pay me is making me a bit wary.

I've sold quite a few things now and all transactions have gone really smoothly (touch wood) so I haven't really got much of a clue as to how to deal with this.

sorry to be really dumb but what is the difference between SD - which was £8ish and 70p. What security does each give.

Sorry that this is probably something I should know but very lacking in experience here

    TIA

    SD is properly tracked.

RD is a red label that costs 70p.

Oh, god, she's back. I only had to wait until tomorrow before I could refuse to deal with her and claim all my fees back. Now she has responded to the dispute with:hi there,my paypal issue is solved.i want to pay please send me the invoice as u said 3.40£.manythanksNow, I didn't say £3.40, I said £3.75 but that is not the point, she is a pain in the neck and I don't want to have to deal with her.Can I still continue with no longer communicating with this buyer or do I have to go through with it now she says she can pay.BTW, in the 2 weeks she has been unable to pay me she has still been bidding on many other peoples auctions. Can anyone tell me what I should do next? Many thanks in advance

Anyone? Please? She has now sent me another email, direct to my normal email address, asking that I send an invoice reducing the postage to £3.00. Its a good job she's not in front of me cos I think I'd just tell her to do one.

Do I have to sell to her or can I refuse tomorrow with the 'no longer wish to communicate with buyer' option on the dispute?

Thanks again, sorry to be a pain on this but she is driving me nuts.

Don't what ever you do reduce the price for her.

I am not sure what happens if you no longer wish to continue (I wouldn't either!)

Thanks Dotchas. Glad its not just me being short tempered but she has really pushed me on this one. She has effectively called me a liar on the postage issue, and has gone down and down in price each time she has asked me to lower it. I have stood my ground but now I just want her to leave me alone. I really don't want it to get nasty like Cute and Quirkys thread though, so I want to make sure I do everything right so that I am whiter than white.
