Selling books.

I've got a book to sell but unfortunately it's not listed on Amazon or any UK site and I'm not sure how much I'd get if I tried to find a foreign site to sell it through, especially with postage. It's a Dutch Technical Handbook (don't ask )."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

If you want to sell them all quickly, then a car boot sale or table top sale is one route. You will probably get less money than from a website, about 20p per book and you have to pay about £5 to get a pitch, but you get the cash there and then. For some fiction, there isn't much profit on Amazon etc anyway.
Another thing, I sell books on Amazon and often check prices of a title on Abebooks.co.uk before listing if it's something that might be rare or valuable. Doesn't happen often but you never know. Put in the ISBN.0 -

Otherwise us posters don't really know if you are who you say you are."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Abebooks is definitely good for seeing the general going price for out of print books etc. Only last week I found a book I'd bought a couple of years ago for £15 is now selling for £150-250."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
