I think there are now 5 left waiting for the crbs. it took scotland 10 days to send me the application and 9 days to send the certificate (which in all honesty is a blank piece of paper iyswim!). But yes, i agree it will be nice to get on and earn some money lol.0

Had my call today, It was really quick. Only lasted about 7 minutes.
She asked me: Why i want to work from home, what obstacles i have overcome, an example of when i changed someones opinion on something (that one really got me), my job history and an example of when i had to deal with an angry customer. That was about it really. She also said she'll give me a call on Wednesday..... Not sure if it went well or not. It was just simply Q&A.
Still got my fingers crossed0 -

well regarding if i am on 6pm or 7pm - thats a tricky one! I still haven't received my chordiant logins as yet. So if i havent got them by monday then i can log in at either 6 or 7 as it doesnt matter. But if i get my logins sent on monday then i cant log in til 7. I am hoping that i get my logins in time cos i cant wait to get on the phone! Havent played with the live system yet but am not too worried about it - its not life or death lol. Are you on Toms team aswell??0

Hi guys, I am supposed to be starting my training on 26th also but i'm having some problems that I hope that some of you can help me with? Please be patient lol
I put in the Workbooth CD and ran it, and all went well until I got a message saying that I have 248M on my PC and it should be 524 M and that I need to upgrade my speed/RAM. Is this a necessity? In other words, do they just recommend you have the optimum speed even though its not completely necessary or will I need to buy more RAM?
The directions on the Workbooth CD also tell me to go into a "Workbooth Session" via clicking on the "calender link" at https://www.workbooth.info, but when I go into the calender there's no way for me to enter any session?!
Also, my recruiter Carolyn keeps saying that I should return the documents/contract, references etc within 48 hours and I recieved them on Thursday so I'm already late. It's just, I work part-time during the day which makes it difficult to get all this sorted in such a short space of time. Do they keep my place open for me to start on 26th or will they close that place now that I havnt replied within the 48 hour time period?
Thirdly, I've been told that I need to buy an analogue phone (?) which all call centres use, does anybody know where I could buy one and an approximate price?
And lastly, my telephone line is downstairs even though I will be working upstars in my bedroom. But I have an extension lead which I can plug into my phone socket and bring the phone upstairs, but in the dicuments I've recieved it says that the phone line must be beside the PC. Will I need to phone Virgin and ask them to install a new line in my bedroom?
Sorry for rambling on and sounding daft. I hope someone can help.
Thanks:D
