hi james, training is the usual really. company knowledge, product training, systems training and sales training. I hope you like role plays as you will be doing lots of them! lots of time to get to know your fellow trainees and trainer though. good fun most of the time!

Sounds like good fun lol, cant wait!!! It wont be long until they release all of us MSEers on the general public!! I wonder if we get any good discounts on their products?? probably not as were not direcly employed by the company lol

Hi there is some incentives after the12 week probabationary period - obviously these can't be discussed on this forum!!

Just send back section one and keep your copy of the contract.
I'm in technical and I'm in week two of my training and we're starting nesting next wednesday.
I dont know if you'll be covering the same course material as us but it's excellent and really does cover everything you need to know.

As for the web conference, you may wish to go there prior to your meeting and test your browser first and if it wants to install anything then let it.

I've been lurking in the background so thought i may as well say HI and join in.

I've also applied for a job with TeleTech@ home. Having my first phone interview with Ashley tonight......eeeeek. I'm so nervous.

Hey all, just been on the phone to Ellen and according to her they are desperate for people to apply as they are struggling to fill the training course starting on the 26th! Anyways im off to get my documents verified now.. Hope it doesnt cost too much lol:cool:

It is quite an informal interview so don't worry - perhaps you could think of instances were you have closed a difficult sale, or dealt with a difficult customer etc. She will also probably ask you were you intend to work from and is it quiet etc. She will basically be trying to find out about you and how you sound on the phone.

What have you been quoted for getting the documents vertified ?- it usually ranges from £5 to about £15 at most
