Ahaa, found it, on the other TeleTech thread.

Looks like mondayblue managed to get the Workbooth software to work on their MacBook Pro, so as my iMac is also an Intel version, I shouldn't have any problems!

I'm still a bit worried that the reps ask you which system you're running during the telephone interview no?

..and even more worried about my past criminal record silliness coming up.

As for your previous question regarding a 6 year rule, when it comes to CRB checks, everything comes up (I think) however long ago it is - at least I know this is true for an 'Enhanced CRB' check anyway. I just hope nothing comes up / they're not put off by it.

for those who already started training - do you not have to be at the computer then? (upto now anyway!) Just got me thinking with someone saying you could here others making a cuppa!


Does anyone know if they wil be starting on the 26th May, looks like i got a training group all to myself upto now lol :rotfl:

Not sure whether I was asked what system I was running at interview - can't remember.
But we were told in training to disclose anything like convictions, because if they found out later then it would not look good on you (you know as if you were hiding it) - hope this helps -

Hiya, yes you do have to be at computer - but my wife made the coffee and brought it up to me - the others knew I had coffee because I told them in the chat room when we were waiting for people to log on etc

leigh - i was asked about my system at interview but others were not. i suppose it depends on who you get on the other end of the phone! lol. i think i remember reading that the CRB is a basic one, and you reminded me that i haven't sent off for mine yet! totally went out of my head oops. i think the link was on the first email i got from my recruiter - had better go and search for it.........
