I returned my signed credit agreement to Aqua on 19th March but have not received pin or card as yet. Does anyone know how long this usually takes. Thanks.
Have you rang them yet? It shouldn't take that long (in general) ring them to find out where they are and if they have sent it, if they have then ask them if there is ant usage on the card, put a bit of pressure on them.

True, not need to sound desperate, it could be a little thing or something bigger, (i'm not trying to scare you in to thinking anything).
