Soory didn't mean to actually post that. So upset with my mum and dad.

Have just spoken to my Nana and they are admitting her to hospital as she has managed to inject herself twice with insulin (thankful she seems ok with that) because she thought it was night time and it was still only the morning. Has not really been herself and has said that she seems to have lost a day etc. They have said they are taking her in to keep and eye on her of the Easter holiday.

I am not sure whether they expect her to be able to come home and look after herself.

I phoned my mum to tell her and she said that she didn't think she would mention it to my dad!!!(his mum)I told her that she had to. My dad wasn't surprised but I don't think they are planning on going up to see her.

Hope my children come and see me when I am 90 if I end up in hospital :(

Ha.. that ain't so classy is it?! YEAH... niw.. get out of my chair and go wipe that work surface in the kitchen.. you have to prepare FOOD in there..

MOJT... something wrong dear?.. ok read up to speed.. That is so crappy.. your mum needs a prod with a sharp stick and that is just terrible they are unlikely to go see her!! Do they think she will be about forever and just a chore to visit? Honestly some people never cease to amaze me.. Give your gran a big hug from me.. (((hugs))) for you!

  • Hey there everyone,

Mrs P - Congratualtions on becoming an Auntie/Aunty (whichever you prefer!) and also for your impending arrvial!! I would agree with others - imho going from none to 1 is the hardest - after that it is a doddle! I remember really late on in pregnancy thinking "oh my, how am I going to do this?!" I think it is normal to worry about you abilities because you want the best for your little people. <<< hope that makes sense! Although towards the end I was more worried that a/ bump was never going to come out and b/ when she did it would have been at dd1's birthday party :rotfl:

Sharon - good luck saying "no" you can do it!

Just going to finish call to dad then get on and give the bathroom a bit of tlc...

    catch you all later.

Wardrobes arrived, calculators arrived, washing line arrived (not that it's much use in this weather) but no computer chair, bah! Oh and no voucher which they said we'd get with spending over £100. Will have to get DP to phone them as we ordered it with his card.

Ooooo more money than I thought has gone into my bank, :D ca ching!
One day I might be more organised...........
