Well DD is away, I've sorted the ebay boxes out and got it down to 3 boxes (1 is just DD's outgrown clothes! ) and I have 1 and a bit boxes on Freecycle with lots of interest already as I listed them as "carboot stock" ;):rotfl:

Landlady is coming with my new tenancy agreement today around lunchtime so I'm going to take advantage of the bad weather and having to stay in by having a good sort through the kitchen, my room and DD's room. The binmen came today so I have an empty bin, and I have an empty box from the ebay pile (surprising how compact things can be when you pack them away properly :o ), and I also have an empty recycling bin. So I'm decluttering today instead of flying as such. Then I'll get listing on ebay this evening while waiting for people to come and collect stuff from Freecycle :D

    Todays list :
    • Wash dishes,
    • Declutter kitchen
    • Declutter Masterbedroom
    • Declutter DD's bedroom
    • ebay listings
    • Hoover through & dust
    • Bath possibly - will wait and see how long the decluttering takes, if not I'll do it in the morning before I go out.
    • Sign new tenancy agreement
    • Freecycle collections (everyone has my mobile number to call to verify a time ;) )
Well thats enough for now. Catch up later.

What are you trying to do to me pigpen???

Am now a quivering wreck and any attempt to fly now needs to be preceeded by a long(er) sit down, chocolate cake and a cup of coffee. :D

Its really not that bad - honest - accept ALL offers of help - be it taking the older one out or doing the ironing. I've got some chocolate & pear pudding left that I made last night - fancy some? There was about 2/3rds left when I left the house last night at 8pm to go to a friends but managed to polish off a fair few spoonfuls on my return at 11pm! Then had a bag of crisps after - only for the BritTrips code of course!

My promise to be a super flylady has fallen by the wayside so far. Just sat here catching up while DD2 potters around. Feeling a bit like a guilty mother though - DD1 is a bit under the weather - she's had a temperature for the last few days and her voice seems to be going a bit. Still sent her into school though and she's been OK. This morning she seemed a bit brighter but really didn't want to go to school. Not like her. She was coaxed in by the teacher so no kicking and screaming thank goodness but I promised her I'd stay and watch her Easter concert but by the time I got to the hall it was standing room only and with DD2 at 15 months old it was a nightmare just waiting for them all to come into the hall. So left before it had even started. Couldn't even see DD1 anyway as I was right at the back, but just feel a bit bad. Forgot to tell you all though that she got a glowing report at her parents evening on Tuesday. Seems to be a good all-rounder at everything and the teacher said she was a very caring little girl as well, so was very pleased with that.

Ok, I need to get my act together now. Think I'll make a coffee first then get on. Want to get some cooking done today too. I want to make - Leek and potato soup, tuna pasta bake for tea and apple crumble. Will make extra crumble mix though as I've got some stewed rhubarb in the freezer. Really in the mood for puddings this week - will be making jam roly poly at some point too. Sorry all you dieters!

Soapie - pls explain - rats tails????
Tracy - See - I told you - If you can push a baby out you can do anything!!!:rotfl:
Michelle - You tire me out just reading what you do in a day - GET SOME REST! Don't overdo it.
(((Vanilla))) and anyone else who needs one.

Off to put the kettle on - if DD2 will let me put her down - she's just pulled a book down off the bookcase & it landed on her face! ouch!
