I sent my claim recorded delivery and have proof they recieved my claim on 7/3/08.
Still no cashback. Anyone know who to contact? 53 days seems a bit long to wait.

The claim form has the number 0800 180 4095

Tried it and immediately got 'the other person has hung up'. Dialled again and got busy tone. Waited 10 mins and got the hung up message again. Tried again and got 'sorry there is a problem with that number'.

Sometimes this can indicate an overloaded number but I hope it's genuine and it's not just the agents taking the phones off the hook etc. (I guess there's no queueing system which is unusual these days).

On reading hotukdeals.com it looks like people have got through in the past.

Did anyone receive an email confirmation? I didn't.
