I've just seen your last post and was wondering if you'd sent your letter yet. If not, I would recommend that you follow the excellent advice provided by MinervaUK on 19th March and use the Vodafone contact us form and remember to quote FIT135 in the body of your email. Once this is received I'm sure we could do something to sort this out.
