Help please! Vodafone and K850i problems

I got my Sony Ericsson K850i back in October 2007 - I'm on contract with Vodafone and this was an upgrade phone (had had the K800i before - brilliant!!). Anyway, rang them within the first 14 days as the camera was playing up but was assured that software would be being updated and it would 'sort itself out'.…

I've just seen your last post and was wondering if you'd sent your letter yet. If not, I would recommend that you follow the excellent advice provided by MinervaUK on 19th March and use the Vodafone contact us form and remember to quote FIT135 in the body of your email. Once this is received I'm sure we could do something to sort this out.
