I think you might have a joc on there. I'm sure one user said he had one, but don't know who.

Are you sure the PAYG k700 came with a bluetooth headset? I have been checking the 02 site out for about 2 weeks, and don't think i have seen the PAYG one listed, just the contract.

The PAYG K700i was ordered last weekend. If you clikced on the image og the phone it opened a new page which gave some more details and included the statement that a bluetooth headset was included with the PAYG phone. At the end of the day they should sent you what was advertised.

Received my PAYG K700i for £69.99 on Fri. Nice phone but no bluetooth headset. Just the phone, battery, charger and manual.

When making the order I saved the screenshot which clearly shows the bluetooth headset was to be included. I even called up o2 sales to check before ordering online and the person I spoke to yes and what a good deal it was.

So sent them an email with the screenshot attached as proof saying I was unhappy etc and please could they send it.

Here's the reply I got

Dear Mr ****

Thank you for contacting O2 Customer Service.

I understand your concern about the bluetooth headset and the software
disc which did not come along with the your order.

Our website offers the Sony Ericsson K700i and the bluetooth headset
along with the Pay Monthly tariff.

The package that you have ordered for +//0-59.57 is a Sony Ericsson
K700i Refurbished phone, which does not include the bluetooth headset and
the software disc.

They made no mention of the screenshot! How can they advertise an offer and then refute it.
Has anyone been successful in getting the BT headset or are o2 fobbing everyone off?

p.s. Also, anyone get the software disc with it?

Nope ! All i got was the phone, battery, mains charger, manual and O2 Sim pack.

Same here just Phone, Charger, Manual and O2 SIM pack, Except I got the wrong manual they sent me a K500i manual. Emailed O2 about missing content (Handsfree/FM radio ear buds, Hand Strap and Sony Software CD-ROM) and they asked me to send the phone back and it will take upto 21days for a replacement. I don't think I will bother as I am clearly not going to be getting the missing accessories going by what everyone else seems to have recieved from O2.

You can download the Manual(PDF) and Software (Big downloads 35mb-43mb okay if you're on broadband) for the phone from the Sony Ericsson site and I see on Ebay you can buy the original Handfree/FM Radio ear buds for about £10.

I do think it's a bit naughty that O2 don't explain that the Refurbished Sony Ericsson K700i only comes with just the Phone, Charger and Manual and not the normal full box contents (Phone, Charger, Manual, CD-ROM, Handsfree/FM radio ear buds and Hand Strap)

Exactly how many people have taken O2 up on this offer and not received the goods that were advertised (ie no bluetooth headset) ?

Has anyone got a copy of the original screenshot that they could send me.

Complained about mine and sent a link of the page and have confirmation of dispatch today.
Dont know how I can send you a copy of the atttachment though other than email

I think quite a few of us are after a copy of that attachment. O2 must have a nice little pile of headsets with 'MUGS' written on them.
