I Need To Make A Complaint To O2 - Help Needed

Options
Hi

I have 2 contracts with o2 and on one of them they keep over charging me each month.

This means that each month I am on the phone to customer services making my complaint and getting a credit added to my account. Problem is they take the higher amount from my bank, then add the credit on to the account so it shows the following month only for another overcharge to appear too.

I am furious and would like to do an email complaint rather than a phone call.

Does anyone have an email address I can use for someone higher up the chain as opposed to their online question email link?

  • Can I ask what it is that you are overcharged for?

We`ve got a complaint with o2 as well, its ongoing & a nightmare, but we have to write to the complaints department, we were told that there hands in customer services are tied & we need to write, so yet another concern arose yesterday, we were told nothing they could do, would need to write to complaints, when we pressed them & eventually spoke to a supervisor they told me they would ring back that was yesterday lunch we are still waiting... trouble is I need to ring back to get the complaints address. They are a nightmare this year to us. Good luck.
  • They gave me a reduced price deal as a supposed 'select' customer and I get a £30 deal for £20 a month. The keep adding on the extra £10 and keep saying there system won't accept it.

Not good enough as I am paying £35 on the other contract on top of the £20 plus the £10 overcharge.

I am really annoyed at having to ring up each month for a refund for it to happen again the next month.
  • I had this problem time and again with o2. They'll tell you it's sorted, credit you, give you some compensation... Then it will happen again.

To be honest, your best bet is to cancel that contract as soon as you can and take out another contract with them. That's what I've had to do - managed to get 600 minutes and unlimited texts for £24 though woohoo x

That is what I did and got this one!!! I have had this problem for well over 18 months and it is driving me mad... I have been with them for 5 years and this only started about 18 mnths ago on previous 12 month contrat that they totally screwed up and now they have done it again.

I wouldn't mind but everyone I speak to is really nice but unable to sort it out properly.
  • Yeah, I know the feeling.

I've got a phone I let my Dad use - it's also 'select'. Remembered to check my online bill because of this - he uses about 9 messages a month and they've randomly added a bolt on. I've got the money back twice now and they still haven't removed it. So infuriating!

Thinking about it - my new one is a staff contract technically, so I have the staff customer services and it's so much better it's ridiculous.
