I was standing in the queue at Boots today (just bought my lunch and a JF spray, nothing exciting) and listening to the SA talking to someone at the till. Her single shampoo was on BOGOF and the SA was urging her to go and get another one...but the woman was having none of it. The SA offered to go and get it for her because it was free...FREE!!!...but nope! The customer turned all shirty and said something like "I don't want it! I want to pay now and go!" Poor SA. She was young and obviously very keen. I deeply regretted not having picked up a few more things, preferably with Expert vouchers or similar.Val.0
