Hi everyone i had been trying to go cold turkey at boots but not been very successfull.;)

I went in today after about a week anyway looked all over for a clearance section and there was agroup of SA huddled together saying not to put the reduced q10 eye cream out as it was 400 extra points.
anyway when i got to the tills they had stashed huggies nappies packets at 3.00 each and were saying to one of the sa's to get some other stuff reduced and put it behind the counter.
I think that's outrageous! Aren't you tempted to complain to a store manager or to Customer Services? My blood would have been boiling!!

    best of all
Came home to find a parcel full of sanctuary products as an apology for a reaction/complaint from The sanctuary! They sent me Kyphi body scrub, mande lular body souffle, charcoal body mask, creamy body wash, mositurising body spray and salt scrub.

How lovely - well done! What had caused you problems from the Sanctuary and how did you try to resolve it - take stuff back in store or ring Customer Services?

Hi sam84uk. I do hope you find it.

Best advice I can give is dont panic.

You are much more likely to find it you are not stressed.

So take a deep breath, and sit down and think it through. If you are systematic, you will find it. You could always ask your angel (If you believe in them):A :A

Good luck. Tip Wedding rings tend to roll, so look under your cooker etc
Thanks Pollsdolls. Still no sign of it. I've searched EVERYWHERE. Could do with an angel to help me find it :A
Sam.. I do hope that you find your ring, you just have to sit down and think exactly what you did leading up to losing it ( I saw you Friday but promise I didn't pinch it!) I misplaced (LOL) mine a while back and just couldn't find it anywhere, i finally found it in an egg cup in the back of a cupboard..DH then miracuously remembered he had put it there for safe keeping as I had left it on the windowsill, trouble is he forgot to tell me at the time !

Let us know if you have any joy
    :A
    Thanks AM

Was lovely to actually meet you and I had to giggle about you and my DD wearing the same nail varnish from the No7 GWP :rotfl: Although I'm still embarrassed that I was still in my PJs and looking a state when you arrived :o

I remember taking it off and putting it in my pocket and to keep this Boots related I was taking it off to put on the No7 Hand Saviour and the time resisting hand cream! I didn't put it back on straight away 'cos my hands were a bit greasy and I then painted my nails so I was waiting for them to dry to put it back on! BIG MISTAKE! Anyhow I took off what I was wearing and put them in the washing basket and then remembered 5 minutes later about my ring but when I checked it was gone

Just read back and realised you'd lost your wedding ring too :(

I can't find mine, or engagement ring, but I know where mine were - in a decorative plant pot that neither me nor other half liked

I'm hoping the silly b*gger hasn't dumped the plant pot  (which would be typical of him lol).

Good luck in finding it :)
    Thanks Passion,
At least I still have my engagement ring. I'm seriously worried that it may have found it's way in to the bin  . The ring should've been in my pocket and I had some rubbish and tissues in there which I put in the bin and due to the fact I can't find it anywhere this is the only thing that would make sense. The bin has now been emptied too, double

The strange thing is DH lost his ring after 1 week of marriage  We were on honeymoon in Cyprus and it came off in the Sea  So definitely no chance of finding it. Between the 2 of us we've lost both our wedding rings in 4 months. He has got another identical one now though.

I need to get out for some Bootsing to cheer me up :(

Sam it was nice to meet you too and I will no doubt see you after easter if not before! Wouldn't worry about the PJ's and you didn't look a state!!
I just love the No7 hand Saviour, however I have to hide it ( so keep forgetting to use it!), any creams or potions I buy DH thinks that he has the right to try them all out ~ if only they knew in his work!!
Could your ring fallen out of your pocket whilst you were sitting down somewhere ( whilst painting nails ??) also you have 2 little ones so could quite easily fallen out whilst tending to either of them. I HATE losing things so know exactly how you feel, hope it turns up.
