Explained the situation and was asked to return the 4 mascaras to them for testing and to arrange a replacement.
I got a lovely letter from Boots today, offering to provide samples of the ingredients to our GP if he wanted to arrange sensitivity testing and an assurance that DD's experience would be recorded on their product safety database.
Best of all they included a £30 giftcard to replace the mascaras!
DD is due back from school any minute so will be thrilled to bits.

My 2000 compo points were finally on my card this afternoon following my 2nd call to CS.
So I just had to spend them!:D
I got more No7 tinted moistuiser and reduced foundation AND GOT A GWP!:rotfl:

Also another free wisdom toothbrush and 3 reduced Oral B toothbrushes for me 50p each (my favourite brand!) OH can use the freebie ones!

No7 SA was giving out samples of the P&P creams ,just little sachets but handy for the make-up bag. Except they were stapled together:rolleyes:

hi all!!XX just 2 quick questions:-

**on the first post it states that the JF hairspray is Free with the £2 hair care voucher?? (in my store it's priced at £2.49??) - does it go through free??

**Also could I just get confirmation that the 'expert twin razors' (reduced to £1.11) works with the 100 points mag voucher?? (ie no till bleeps?)

Thanks Funkyfarmgirl and dotchas Can't believe I missed that one! I seem to think I didn't actually go into Boots myself between the end of Dec and early Feb (just sent OH for the odd bit) so I obviously missed out! Of course OH doesn't have my pigeon like homing instinct for limited edition and GWP stuff...I keep trying to train him to spot such stuff though

eBay it is then for the palette *big dramatic sigh*

my local store is closed on easter sunday only. I asked when I went in today to get a refund on the item dot.com sent in error. I only lost the normal points. I got to keep the extra points. I am staying with my son in Hemel Hempstead and he has promised to take me to Boots!Any one able to tell me what its like-any clearance and best place to pay etc -am already very excited!!!!
