  • Good morning

I am still looking to find some decent stores in the Midlands that have got a good range. My local Store Stafford is very poor. I am happy to travel in the Midlands.

It looks like a lot of the bootsing is happening down south. Anybody know any goods stores in the Midlands.

    Many thanks for any help.

i did merry hill yesterday, the sales assistants are ok too, apart from one older lady. see my earlier post today on what points/coupons worked. also the main one in the city centre is excellent, i did a few highlighter plus giftbox when that deal was on and they didnt bat an eyelid 9not on the no 7 counter though...i followed the warnings off here!)my local one is awfull though, if you present one coupon they get twitchy and hid the mags and took the highlighters off the shelfs last time!!!!plus the security follow you up and down like you are on the rob all the time.i havent been to anymore apart from the one inside the bullring which was very small and didnt have what i wanted but i did notice that gave me better coupons from the machine than the big one a few minutes walk away!x

I got caught out yesterday in Boots!

I chose a Bourjois nail varnish and saw a 342 sign ,so I picked up another nail varnish and a powder to treat my self.
But I was charged for all 3 items ,I queried it and the SA checked and said its only certain items! I had taken so long chosing my items that I just let it go through.Has anyone noticed what it says on the sign?
OH was waiting so I had no time to go back:confused:

I did get another free toothbrush and 3 Naked Sugar Maple face masks at 16p each:j

    Still no compo points showing?
    Should I phone CS?
    :j I love bargains:j

Maybe they've changed then or are about to change. Hope they put some good stuff on :D

The ACM offers change on 26/3.
No sign of the MF boxes at our store at the weekend, not sure if I would have been brave enough to try it though lol. Is the new Sanctuary GWP widely available now as I know it was new and not in all the stores a few days ago.

The new Sanctuary GWP was not on in Edinburgh when i was in on Tuesday. So dont have a clue when its start.

I had a "pamper" night last night to prove to OH that I did actually use all my Bootsing stuff - I was amazed:

    Eye make-up remover
    cotton wool
    Botanics face scrub
Boots Expert Baby bath (lovely and bubbly!!)
    Botanics body wash
    Pantene shampoo
    Pantene conditioner
    Body moisturiser
    Eye Cream
    Neck gel
    No7 Hand Saviour
    Hand cream
    Foot cream
    No17 nail varnish

I came downstairs after an hour - OH said "well you don't look any different!" I deserved control of the remote after that!!

Proud to be dealing with my debts!!:T

Just a quick question; I know I can't use points coupons then pay with points, but can I use other coupons (toothbrush, haircare coupons) and pay with points?
    TIA :)
