I'm not saying, because I'm such a "3-step lazy slob". (Clue - I use Johnsons extracare baby wipes instead of cleansing wipes and am lucky if I smear on a bit of moisturiser). The thing is, my mam looks really young for her age and has only ever used soap and water (possibly luck, I'm not really sure?).

Morning *Jelly Tots* :) I'm definitely a 3-step lazy slob, which is why I avoided the topic altogether ;)

Hopefully you'll have inherited your Mum's genes too :)

Seriously, I'd do a 3-step regime ...if I could only find one that doesn't make me break out in some sort of rash :o . All I'm using at the moment are those Olay facial cleansing wipes (and not from Boots ;)) and a bit of freebie No7 day and night cream that a SA gave me to try.

Im trying to get my head round bootsing ... Ive sussed the Tescoing... just booked our Mr T paid for holiday to USA so need supplies!!!
A bit off-topic (and nosey too) but did you manage to get so many points by driving round loads of different Tescos getting lots of leaflets/coupons ? (Or did you have to spend lots of money instore ?

(Back on topic - My Expert voucher went through without beeping yesterday - hurrah :T )

    Thats it.. in a nutshell....

    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

It is?;) I'd never be able to do all those DTD for misprices (?) so I doubt *Jelly Tots* would either ;)

    Sorry JT ;)

Back on topic for me too.

Someone mentioned that all Boots bargains should be the same nationwide. I'd be happy if they were consistent in the same town! One local store had Dr Nick Lowe stuff in the clearance at £4+, which dropped to £2 :j whilst another store 'reduced' it to £15 ...!!

I'm a soap and water gal too. I've tried a few combos over the years but always go back to the soap and water as it just feels "clean" iykwim.

In my teens it used to be
Cleanser - Anne French Cleansing milk
Toner - Glycerin and Rosewater which Boots used to make up in the pharmacy in a big brown refillable bottle (wonder if they still do that, it was dirt cheap but smelled lovely)
    Moisturiser - Ponds

    Twenties and thirties
Cleanser - Simple soap and water
    Toner - none
    Moisturiser - Oil of Ugly

    Forties
Cleanser - Simple soap and water or Nivea Q10 cleanser if I have make-up on
    Toner - water
Serum - Boots Expert Scar care serum
Moisturiser - Siana anti-wrinkle daycream/nightcream with Q10. Cheap stuff from Aldi but it really works for me.

Welcome back ! I can't get the hang of Tesco-ing, although people seem to do well. It seems to consist of getting hold of extremely rare coupons that don't seem to be in any shops as well as using coupons which are not related to what you are buying? (although, I get easily confused :rotfl: ).
the tampon tip is brilliant am off to try it lol!!

I know :rotfl: , I shudder when I read about people arguing with the Tesco store managers etc and DtD etc. Not that there's anything wrong with it (I like exploiting the big stores for what I can get more than anyone !) but I like to be anonymous icon10.gif. P.S. Yes Passion8, am going back for more expert stuff soon ;) .
  • Good morning

I am still looking to find some decent stores in the Midlands that have got a good range. My local Store Stafford is very poor. I am happy to travel in the Midlands.

It looks like a lot of the bootsing is happening down south. Anybody know any goods stores in the Midlands.

    Many thanks for any help.
