I was in oxford today and bought 2 bottles of expert cleansing lotion and an eye make up remover with the coupons. (1 separate coupon for each transaction)

the expert skincare range are discounted in Oxford (full price in my store) and the cleansing lotion is 1.24 and the eye makeup remover was 1.49

i figured this is better than buying the mitt or shavers, as i dont use them.
My Transaction:
1 bottle expert cleansing lotion 1.24
1 fresh toothbrush 1.19

100pts expert voucher
1 toothbrush voucher

total to pay: 1.23 :D

repeated this 2 times with cleansing lotion and once with eye makeup remover. (1.48 for eye makeup remover)

then i spotted some reduced picture frames 99pence, BOGOF.

bought 2 @ 99 pence
tendered an ACM voucherfor 200 pts when u buy frame/albums...

i am VERY happy

Finally managed to find the free toothbrushes - yay 'cos I'm going to Florida in 2 weeks for a couple of weeks so if I can get 4 of them all the better.

Wisdom Toothbrush - £2.39
John Frieda Hairspray - £2.49
No 7 Mens Anti-Friction Shaving Gel - £6.00
Expert Silky Mitt - £1.29 (not at all what I had thought they'd be)

Should have come to £12.17 before handing in vouchers and points:

100 points for Men's No 7 from mag
£3.00 off Men's No 7 from a sandwich the other day
1/2 Wisdom voucher from mag

Really nervous when handing in all the points and money off vouchers, and after doing so my bill went down to £4.77, and was given 450 points back so I am well chuffed. Wanted to go around and to it again but there was only one SA serving so I chickened out but will go and do it all over again tomorrow.

Thanks to all these points I now have £75 on my card since beginning of December. Don't know what I am saving them for but I'm sure i'll find something!

Hi everyone,

Thanks so much to Skibster & Tbear06 for the toothbrush barcode info.
The brushes were on the wrong part of the shelf in my local boots- there was a reduced label for the Wisdom Fresh Effects Brushes, but this had some Aquafresh brushes in lol.
Had almost given up when I spotted them on a different shelf . Was sooooo nervous going to the tills even though I was buying a couple of other items as well to disguise the deal. The SA said it wouldn't work as the brush was already reduced, but I asked her to please try, and she did and it worked :j.
I got two more free brushes for my Christmas shoe boxes. Also got the expert razors for £1.11 with 100 points . No beeps waaaheyyy :j
Thanks so much for all the help and advice on here- I'd have just thrown away the rest of the coupons if it wasn't for the clever and brave people who try out different glitches. I'm very chuffed indeed :T

I've attempted to put the quotes with the details of the toothbrushes below, as I found it really helpful to have a barcode to make sure I was buying the right thing. Also gives me a chance to double quote- or attempt to

I WILL HOPefully be going on saturday,today ihave a right raging hump on and won'tsleep well. it has rained here all day, i saw a rat run into my shed. went in armed with stick, wasputting all stuff in my dining room - emptied shed NO rat, so
1, i imagined it........er no lol
2, when my back was turned it run out.......
3, its now on holiday in my house

i couldn't bear the thought of it eating my stash of goodies.
iwill take the stick tobed tonight.
my DH is out

Hey Tiara!!

I LOVE the boots in Oxford....its much nicer compared to the ones in Reading (where i am living in).

believe it or not, we have 3 boots in reading,...all within walking distance from one another,..and rubbish deals. i have yet to see MF GWP in Reading. the expert stuff is full price here. i went to oxford i had a great shop there earlier in the week. (they seem to have removed the mens expert half price labels??) so didnt manage to get the mens' stuff for -1p (my primary reason for going to oxford..ha ha ha)

my bf thinks i am crazy.....and to be honest..i think i am. :rotfl: :rotfl: he managed to get me to stay away from boots for a while..6 months...but i went in the other day and spotted the no7 highlighter glitch...and saw some nice stuff on the clearance shelf...then the S&G sets were reduced,....well..u get the drift. so now i am addicted again..:o

btw: has anyone notice that if you 'push' the round rubber bit on the toothbrush plastic cover, the top few bristles actually move?????? freaky.

the toothbrush is still in its packaging and i can see that the rubber bit is not connected to/attched to the toothbrush itself....

You have managed to get the Mothers day gwp the pink box with black handles haven't you? Everyone else is chasing the xmas gwp which is a black hexagonal box. The voucher in this is definately out of date so some stores have taken them out.
