Hi all
I have also been ripped off by these people to the tune of £125 when they told me insurance would be £90. this is complete fraud and i have no paperwork to say i am even insured
Now they never answer and if they do they just hang up when i tell them i want my money back....
The only and best thing to do is is firstly report the matter to your bank who will investigate and forward the matter to the police. And also notify trading standards who will offer all the advice you need0 -
Hi there,
I've received a call from Trading Standards asking I let everyone who's had dealings with Mitele (or Midlands Communication Solutions, as some may know it) to send an email to scambuster@centsa.org.uk or call 0121 704 8684 detailing your experiences. This is because it is investigating the company and any information you can give will be extremely helpful.
Many thanks,
Natasha0
