IASA or ISA? - RBS loyal customers

For those people who Martin hates, that are loyal customers of their bank. I am a customer of RBS....When I opened my current account with them three years ago I requested a savings account as well (which they gave me an iasa and I pay 100 each month). After Martin appearing this morning on GMTV to review my direct debits...I decided to review tonight. As a consequence, I noticed an account that I had not used in over two years so I decided to cancel. I telephoned and then they went on to tell me about a telephone savings account that had an interest rate of over 4%. I then made a mistake i said "how does this compare to an isa (on my internet it says iasa so i pronounced it isa"......and he told me about a high interest ISA that also gave instant access. He transferred me through and I am now earning 4.75% compared to approx 1.8%. I can do all the things that I could do with IASA e.g. internet banking, direct transfers, instant access. etc, but am also earning a higher interest rate. Couldn't believe it!!!! So, I thought I would let you know so that if some of you in similiar circumstances to me, you can benefit.
