spent some of yesterday doing decembers budget and finalising my accounts for november. Have 4 things left to leave the account tomorrow and then interest to be added for savings. then i can plot this months income/expenditure on my graph:D

really want to get back to PAD again as have missed doing this!

Have a post office run to do today and lots of housework!!!:(

    Hope everyones day goes ok!

  • Hi Jamie,

I thought you were fighting something off. Hope it clears up soon and the kids don't get it.

I was doing my Income/Expenditure spreadsheet yesterday and worked out that my December wage will be short. I get paid for the days/hours I work and this time there are only 20 working days between 15th Nov and 14th Dec - normally there's about 23 so that is three whole days pay less! Bit fed up about that. I'm not going to dock myself a day for tomorrow though (Dad's funeral) because I'm entitled to paid compassionate leave for that right?

  • cat - I should think you would get paid compassionate leave for tomorrow, but probably best to double check with your employer. xx

    morning everyone!

Cat - thinking of you today and sending lots of hugs xx

    Some good news...........

Yesterday I paid the debt to my dad off!!!!!!:D I am now officially one debt lighter!!! Only two more to go:D:T:j

I havent reached my 20 NSD's in Nov and have gone over on the GC but I have achieved my major target for November so I am very pleased!

December I will be concentrating on the balance on the creditcard:eek:this will hopefully be cleared by end of february 2009. I hate having this debt but there are only a few months left and I will be debt free again:D I cant wait!!!

Will be nipping into town this morning. I had bought some friends woolys vouchers for xmas but using martins advice I will be spending these and getting them something else instead! A friend has given me a 20% off voucher too:D

DD has her xmas fayre at school today so will be going to that and probably give her a few pennies to spend.

    morning all:)

Had a really good nights sleep last night and feel back to 100% this morning!

Today will be a planning day. I want to do a cupboard/fridge/freezer inventory and work out what needs to be bought in december and plan my shopping lists to maximise vouchers.

I managed to spend all of the vouchers at woolies yesterday and spent most of the afternoon wrapping prezzies. I only have a couple left to get now! :D I do need to get stocking fillers though for ds's but have already got dd.

I have found dd so much easier to buy for than the boys!

Airing cupboard needs sorting out today and washing needs to be done up to date. I have a lot of ironing to do but that can wait until tomorrow!:)

Will be finishing off monthly accounts also today, I have managed to stretch food to last and wont have to buy anything until monday now so have ended GC at £218.19:eek:

today and tomorrow will be NSD so I will have managed 14 out of the 20 I wanted to do.

Hope everyone has a good day and special hugs for cat, I hope yesterday went ok? x

morning all, hope everyone is having a productive weekend?

donner - havent seen you for ages hope your ok?

i had a really good saturday and managed the NSD i wanted:) All washing was done up to date, which really just leaves me with ironing the school uniform today.

Have started on the inventory but will finish that off this morning. ds1 main xmas present was delivered yesterday morning so I have wrapped that up so kids dont try and sneek a peek!:D

Have also put in order to wholesaler and that should arrive this week sometime and will last me all through the xmas period:)

Am off to parents today, they wont be there but me and sisters and all kids are having our photo taken up there, it will be mum and dads xmas present!:) they are going to love it.

food shopping lists are going well so far...I am hoping I wil have a decent stockpile come end of month which will be very handy for january and the start of the new 4k challenge!

im starting the decorating in ds3 bedroom on monday with the help of a good friend. I am hoping to have this finished before xmas. he needs new furniture too so maybe a trip to ikea is on the cards this week!

I am not going to do the nsd challenge in december as I can see myself having to pay out for stuff most days but will be joining in again in January.

Hope everyone has a good sunday!!!

Yesterday was very productive. Got loads done!

This morning I made my Pad:

    £10 to cc
    £5 to isa

Glad to get back to this, I was really missing making these payments everyday.

Today will be making a start on decorating ds3 bedroom. Cant wait to get cracking with it!

Hope everyone has a good day x
