Morning Jamie! Gosh you are organised - I love the visual display idea in your bedroom!
I am very allergic to cats so I have three Devon Rexes which are great for allergy sufferers. I would like more but I don't want to push it an trigger the allergy. Plus the expense etc. But I am a total addict, I have to touch them when they are near and I love to sniff their fur and little paws - they smell like teddy bears!Wendy x0

            Hiya Jamie,
Haven't been online for a few days and thought I would pop by to see how you are doing!
FAB news on the refund! That's brill
Can't believe you have 6 cats! I am a HUGE cat lover, I only have one though his name is Buzzby and he is 3. I have been told that he is a Maine Coon but I don't have any paperwork to prove that but he has a lot of their characteristicts (sorry if that is spelt wrong!) and is massive, last weigh in he was 8.5kg! I adore him. Did you get all 6 at the same time? I would love more but worry that Buzz would get jealous!
I too think I have overspent on my food budget...well know I have if I can't keep the last weeks amount down! It is so hard as food is very expensive. I had to buy some cleaning stuff too and that costs a bit doesn't it
I love the idea of the visual displays! I might have to do something like that to help keep me focused! What's the mindful living network?
Better go now as have made myself a to do list for today and next on the list is to clean the bathroom! Take care xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0

            morning everyone:wave:
£1.40 to money pot this morning:) A quiet day on the banking front, no transactions this morning, tomorrow will be a busier day!
Need to go and withdraw the next installment tomorrow for my dad £100. Im keeping it all together as he wants to be paid back all in one go. This will be paid off about 26th nov. Once I have done that, december i will be concentrating on paying of the last of the creditcard:)
Still waiting for the paperwork for my regular saver so I can set up the standing order. Hope they hurry up
Had a friend round last night with her two kiddies, dont get to spend that much time together so was nice to see her.
Hoping that my clubcard deals vouchers arrive within the next week. Decided to go out for another meal to cafe rouge, sort of like our xmas meal out:) We have also decided not to go into town afterwards so to make it a very cheap night. We might come back to mine for a glass of wine instead:D
I really need a new pair of winter boots, mine are falling apart now. I was kind of hoping to wait until january sales although I dont think they will last that long:( Am going to have a browse around the next few weeks and see whats about....November NSD's - 70

            afternoon.
Decided to bite the bullet and go and buy a new pair of boots today. Last years boots were a stupid purchase, suede and are now wrecked, the years before are a state, i have worn the life out of them and they have holes in! I do still wear both pairs though.
Off I went to the shops. Had a price in mind, I didnt want to pay more than £50, I wanted leather knowing that this new pair would have to last me at least 2 years.
Found a lovely pair, just under my budget at £45, took them up to the till and the SA tells me they have another £10 off!!!:D So, £35 for my new boots!!!! I also bought a new pair of slippers as last years pair were falling apart too. Total spent £40, really pleased with this!!:D
Knowing I usually buy a cheap pair of winter boots each year, roughly £20-£25 and I wear them pretty much everyday september - may, spending £35 on a pair that should last me at least 2 years is a real bargain, plus it means I will have to budget less for 2009 clothing budget!
 Bargain:DNovember NSD's - 70
