If he hasn't paid his ebay bill then what does that say about him? Definitely fight it till you get your money back.

  • I intend to, he's not having my money and the game as well! He hasn't replied to the claim, and he's screwed up big time in the dispute (lying about when he posted it, saying he wasn't going to send it now, being hostile etc.) So I'm pretty confident it'll go my way.

Sounds like he has been suspended for more than just not paying his bills..this seller has all the hallmarks of a powerselelr gone rogue, or just got bored with customer service.

  • Yeah, I certainly wouldn't deal with him again, and if he hadn't been NARU'd, a big fat neg would be coming his way.

He still hasn't responded to the claim when he was oh so quick to shoot off a comeback when it was a dispute.

  • Seller has been reinstated, looks like my 100% will be tarnished now...

On the plus side, I can leave him a neg for being an abusive, lying ****

    *afterthought*

could I also give him a NPS strike?

You may find he wont leave you feedback if you dont leave him any, it is worth it if you want to keep your 100%, if he does then leave him a neg and add a reply to what he left you. Have you had any response to your claim?

Bought an item on Saturday night from a Powerseller, 98.9% feedback, a lot of negs for high postage, but it was cheaper than I was going to get it in town.
Today I log onto ebay and find the seller is NARU'd, but I've had an email last night saying the item was posted yesterday.

I paid by Paypal, funded by CC which I usually do, plus the fiver free I got from survey sites.

Soooo should I wait a few days to see if it turns up, knowing that I'm protected by credit card anyway, or should I start a Paypal dispute now?
dont jump off the gun too quick they could of been taken off ebay for non payment of fees which can happen especially when lots of items dont sell and you still have listing costs. look at their feedback to see how they operate and email them direct

No reply yet. I want to leave a neg, though, I don't care about my 100% as I know that a reply to any neg he might leave can be in my favour.

  • I got my money back, fiver back in PP account, the rest back on my CC. Left a neg along the lines of "seller lied about sending then never sent item at all!" so I await his excuses when he leaves me a neg back.

It will probably be something along the lines of "Buyer never paid!!"

Which seems to be the standard feedback lie most dodgy sellers use.
