Yah, that's th usual excuse for a non-sending seller and the one thats seems to crop up a lot for non-paying buyers is " wouldn't accept my paypal payment".
This was left on my feedback earlier this month with a neg, however the d*ck showed himself to be a liar as the rating was removed by ebay as I had won the dispute opened against him for non-payment.0 -
