yes the mortgage on the business premises are paid for paid it all before applying for this 2nd charge loan only debt i ve is my catalogues which get paid every month with out fail the mortgage i was paying on the business is going to pay the loan on this other property so im not getting anymore into debt and my house i owe 70k and its worth 240k only this is i went overdrawn and used my overdraft only for a couple of days will this affect my outcome they havent asked for any bank statements

got my mortgage offer today which is great news just peed of with either experian or card credit companies dont now which 1 to blame as they keep blaming each other
ive paid of my cc owe a little on catalogues but trying to getmy details updated showing a nil balance its a nightmare just hope once i sign this offer it goes through ok
