    any1 had a home loaner loan or a 2nd charge on they mortgage how long does usually take

    In todays market nothing is certain until you have the offer, even then they can withdraw the offer if they want (eg if on final credit check before advancing the money they find you've gone and borrowed another £20k on loan).

    £500 on your credit card should be fine, they won't notice/care, even if they were to you just say it being repaid with part of the advance.

    hi ty wont be borrowing 20grand just the home loaner loan just want to no with the credit before i use it again dont want to jepodise anything just a bit jittery as ive never done anything like this before they know i owe on the catalogues but thats all i owe on the they saw i paid of my credit cards and the mortgage manager said everything was ok like i said just having a few jitters ( just out curosity how much is classed as adverse credit) my wages cover the mortgage and the home own loan as they work it all out
    can anything go wrong. my mortgage is with c&g and ive never defaulted with any payments of any kind am i worrying about nothing

    never missed a mortgage payment a cc payment or anything im self employed my accounts show net profits £51grand my mortgage 70grand and i want to borrow £120grand what are my chances

    If you are this much of a worrier then I think you would be better off not putting any of your money at risk by buying abroad and just keep the business and house in this country. Otherwise you will only find something else to stress over once this deal is done.

    lol sorry but i do worry but its my husbands dream to have a place abroad so id like it to go through fine as we,ve had anything go well for us without a fight

    just relized i went over drawn not by much but account ok will this have a bearing on my application they havent asked for bank statement as theyve got letter from accountants and accounts
