3 customer services
My friends son got hold of my 7600, and it now asking for a PUK code, but because 3 registered my phone to the wrong person, they will not give me the code. I had to fax proof of the purchase to them, and now have to wait 3 days while the fax goes back and forth between India and the UK, so can they change the registration details.
Their customer services are one of the worst I have ever spoken to. They show a complete lack of interest in helping. I asked them to extend my 3pay voucher by 3 days to make up for their mistake and the 3 days I can't use the phone. But the woman quite rudely said no.
I have unlocked the phone, so once the voucher is used up I will be putting a different sim card in it
