It normally gets sent by Royal Mail special delivery, which is insured and reliable (not 100% - nothing ever is)
Bear in mind you'll need to be in to sign for it - if you are not there WILL be a delay in you receiving it.0 -
Am off to Palma for a few days. Thinking of taking sterling with me to change there. Does anyone know what the exchange rate is out there?0

Usually it's cheaper to pay in foreign currency (i.e. Euros). However, unless you post the amounts in GBP and EUR it's impossible to give a definite answer.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

Does anyone know, using your Nationwide Debit card, can you get Euros out in the UK via a ATM and hence get the better exchange rate than at the travel agents?
